You know who likes to hit the links? Not the internet links, the golf links? Donald J. Trump, AKA POTUS. The man loves to golf so much that he’s played the game 41 times since taking office just six months ago, according to one count. That’s nearly seven games a month.

So it’s probably a bit harsh, if you’re Mr. Trump, to hit the internet links and read someone quoting you as saying that you think the “White House is a real dump,” in response to a casual question about why you’re always at the golf club. Especially if that quote is on Golf.com.

Let’s be honest: Trump is a wealthy man, so maybe the White House is, to him, a “dump.” But it’s also a gigantic mansion, and even if he was joking (and the President does occasionally dish out chuckles), it still must suck to be owned by Golf.com, a publication literally named the name of your personal favorite game. But to be fair, Golf.com is probably a failing pile of garbage anyway.
